Visual Inspections

Visual inspections enable detection of the products` deficiencies such as shape defects, dimensional inconsistencies and inappropriate assembly, as well as inspection for surface discontinuities caused during the production process (cracks, porosity, rivets, lappings, undercuts, inclusions, incomplete fusions etc.). Other defects, such as system and component wear, corrosion, erosion, fatigue cracks, leaks etc. can also be detected visually. Fields of application of the visual inspection range from energetics to the operations of customs offices.

We offer a wide range of the visual inspection equipment:

Videoendoscopes with the probe length up to 30m and diameter beginning from 0,9mm.

The abovementioned units permit to carry out the control on installation with diameters from 0,9mm and two-sided access on the total length of ca. 40 meters.
At our disposal we also have a videoendoscope, which enables measurement of the detected defects (length, width, depth).

There is a possibility of recording the results of inspections on: VHS tapes, CD-R, dd floppy discs, in form of photos.

Testings are carried out by the qualified personnel (VT certificate, level I and II).
