KALLA Sp. z o.o., based in Katowice, Poland, was established in 1997 with the aim of promoting modern technical solutions in the area of non-destructive material testing (NDT) with visual inspection being the main area of interest.

Due to employing qualified and creative staff, for the last few years KALLA Sp. z o.o.. has developed a business performance supported by an excellent knowledge and experience. The company developed its office infrastructure and increased human resources in order to meet the growing demand.

Nowadays KALLA Sp. z o.o. operates mainly in the area of non-destructive material testing and constructing of process installations. The company focuses on a complex customer service, carrying on not only the above activities but also, selling the NDT equipment and welding machines, providing reparation service, training the operators of the delivered equipment and offering technical consultations. The company acts with two main areas: sales department and technical section, within which functions the Laboratory for Non-Destructive Testing.

KALLA Sp. z o.o. works in Poland as well as abroad. Products offered by KALLA Sp. z o.o. are mainly supplied to power stations, heat and power generating plants, petrochemical and chemical plants, pharmaceutical and food industry, aviation industry, as well as companies providing non-destructive testing service. However, the assortment and services offered by the company are open to all enterprises involved in the quality control, diagnostics, testing the state of the inspected structures, etc. regardless of the industry branch.

Main activities:

• Wide range of non-destructive inspections (visual, ultrasonic, eddy current, dye-penetrant and magnetic particles), periodical surveys and repair of the NDT-equipment, help in repairs, checking and calibration,
• Orbital welding of pipeline systems of stainless steel, assembly of process installation,
• Sales of domestic and import products, such as: technical devices and medium used for non-destructive inspections, welding equipment and accessories,
• Hiring NDT-equipment and welding machines,
• Technical expertise and documentation of tested objects and appliances designed for further checking, repair or calibration.

"KALLA" Sp. z o.o. . introduced the Quality Management System and received certificate confirming that all of our activities are being carried out in conformity with EN ISO 9001:2008, quality requirements and SCC System. The Laboratory for Non-Destructive Testing fulfilling the criteria of the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 granted approval of level II according to the requirements of the specification DT-L/95. The certificate of approval was granted by the Office of Technical Inspection in Poznan.
