Dye-penetrant testing method

Penetration method (PT) allows for fast and easy detection of discontinuities - surface flows on such metallic materials as: steel, cast steel, cast iron, light metals, non-ferrous metals etc.; as well as non-metallic eg.: ceramic.

Fluorescent penetration method - the inspections are done in ultraviolet light, the sources of which are appropriate devices: UV-lamps.

We use agents manufactured by DIFFU-THERM which fulfill all requirements of the ASME-Code, Section V, Article 6, DIN 54152 part 2, ASME E 165 and are regularly tested according to the requirements of ASME D 808-63 and ASTM
D 129-64.

National test certificates as well as certificates issued by the manufacturer are presented for all products.
